Customer Service Representative/Cashier -TDS

The Logistic and Support Services Customer Service/Cashier provides transportation and parking-related information and performs a variety of permit, citation, and sustainable transportation registration transactions to campus affiliates. 

Duties Include:

  • Understand and interpret parking policies and procedures
  • Ensure accurate dispersal of information to customers
  • Audit point-of-sale stations each day noting discrepancies
  • Prepare end of day summaries for each station
  • Assist field staff with information requests
  • Dispatch motorist assist requests
  • Answer phones, dispense office mail, create and maintain filing systems, permit inventories, and perform other administrative duties as required

  • Friendly and courteous
  • Great at customer service
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to accurately communicate parking information

REQUIRED

  • Some experience interacting with a diverse population in a high-volume, customer-focused work environment
  • Must have valid California driver license.
  • Must be a registered full-time UCI undergrad Student
  • Must have at least 1 full academic year remaining at UCI
  • Final candidate subject to a Department of Justice/FBI Live-Scan.
  • Final candidate subject to background check.
