CTSA Business Office Student Assistant
Under the general supervision of the Analyst, the Business Office Student Assistant is responsible for assisting with financial activities and operations in the Claire Trevor School of the Arts. Specific duties include assisting the Business Office with the University’s Low Value Procurement Card process and other financial processes.
Individual will be responsible for tracking receipt of documentation in a timely manner, communicating when additional information is needed, entering specific data into the system, and filing the paperwork accordingly. Individual would also assist with regular data entry into Microsoft Excel and additional projects as needed. They will be trained to complete financial duties and tasks, including assisting with reimbursement processing in the campus financial system, KFS, as well as introductory ledger reconciliation. Other duties may be assigned dependent on need.
