Compliance and Quality - Work Study
The job duties include the following:

Data Collection and Reporting:
- Gather and compile data for compliance and CQI initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports summarizing compliance and quality metrics.
- Assist in data entry and maintaining accurate records.

Document Management:
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files related to compliance policies, procedures, and CQI projects.
- Assist in the preparation and dissemination of compliance documents and training materials.

Monitoring and Auditing:
- Conduct routine audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards and regulations.
- Monitor and report on compliance status and identify areas needing improvement.

Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate findings and recommendations to Education Compliance and Quality team.
- Collaborate with students and various units in Medical Education to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
