About the RoleOncology patients face some of the hardest moments of their lives. This role puts you at the center of their care — not in a supporting role, not in the background — as a primary clinical presence who coordinates treatment, manages complex symptoms, and advocates for patients and families through diagnosis, active treatment, and follow-up.
We're looking for registered nurses who are adaptable, strong communicators, and detail-oriented. Whether you're newly graduated or bring years of experience, we want someone willing to work closely with nursing leaders to push the organization forward.
What you'll do- Plan and coordinate patient care, including assessment, education, triage, and nursing interventions specific to oncology patients- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and the broader care team to implement and evaluate individualized treatment plans- Care for patients empathetically across the full continuum — preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, active treatment, and follow-up- Apply comprehensive nursing expertise and demonstrate consistent clinical competency- Ask hard questions. Identify gaps. Oncology care moves fast and errors have real consequences
About you- Active RN license (or eligible)- Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume, high-stakes environment- Strong communication skills — with patients, families, and the care team- Genuine commitment to patient-centered care
Nice to have- Prior experience in oncology or a related specialty (hematology, palliative care, etc.)- OCN certification or intent to pursue it- Familiarity with chemotherapy administration protocols
