Meet the Team 
Platform Solutions is Millennium’s rapidly evolving organization that leverages technology to deliver proprietary intelligence and resources to our investment professionals at scale. Within the team, Content Solutions is the hub of expertise and insights on alternative data, independent research, and investment tools (collectively ‘content’). They partner closely with investment professionals and colleagues in Platform Solutions—Sector Specialists, Corporate Access, and Broker Relations—to shape how content is sourced, evaluated, and delivered across the firm. 

 

What You’ll Do 

Receive specialized training from Content Analysts, gaining exposure to the content market and the firm’s proprietary resources 

Shadow Content Analysts in their day-to-day activities and work closely with them on select projects 

Attend content industry events and share key insights with Content Analysts 

Meet with content providers and conduct research to evaluate each product's strengths and weaknesses to assess the potential value for our investment professionals 

Design and execute an individual project as well as collaborate with other interns on a group project 

Manage competing priorities across diverse functions, effectively communicating expectations and executing efficiently 

Leverage and contribute to the development of internal technology to improve workflows and enhance the investment professional experience 

Actively participate in the senior speaker series and other intern events to develop an understanding of Content Solutions, Platform Solutions, and the broader firm 

 

What You Bring  

Graduating between December 2027 to June 2028 

Expected GPA of 3.5 or above 

Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Journalism, or a related field preferred 

Interest in building a career at the intersection of finance, data, and technology within a leading global investment firm 

Clear, persuasive written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights 

Proactive, innovative mindset driven toward improving processes, experimenting with new ideas and technology, and learning quickly from outcomes 

Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment 

Intellectually curious and creative, with a desire for continuous learning and improvement 

Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with AI tools is a plus 

 

Salary Range 
The estimated annual salary for this position is $110,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future.
