AI Support Intern

Briviant Inc. is a fast-growing cloud service provider specializing in managed hosting and AI-driven IT operations. We are seeking a motivated AI Support Intern to help develop, train, and improve our AI-powered support systems while assisting with day-to-day technical operations.

This role is ideal for students who are passionate about artificial intelligence, automation, IT support, and emerging technologies. You will work closely with our engineering and operations teams to improve AI-assisted workflows, train AI models using real-world support scenarios, and optimize our AI ticketing platform to deliver faster, more accurate technical support.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Train and improve AI-powered support systems using historical tickets, documentation, and knowledge base content.
• Review AI-generated responses for accuracy, consistency, and technical correctness.
• Identify gaps in AI knowledge and create or update documentation to improve AI performance.
• Assist with the administration and optimization of AI-powered ticketing and workflow automation platforms.
• Monitor AI support interactions and recommend prompt, workflow, and knowledge improvements.
• Analyze support trends to help improve AI response quality and operational efficiency.
• Support Level 1 technical requests and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and development teams to improve AI-assisted support processes.
• Research and evaluate new AI tools and technologies that can enhance internal operations and customer support.
• Assist with testing new AI features before production deployment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Pursuing a degree or recently graduated in Computer Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience with MacOS (preference for previous experience troubleshooting MacOS) 
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence, automation, machine learning, or large language models.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Basic scripting experience (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Ability to evaluate technical information and identify patterns or inconsistencies.
• Collaborative mindset with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
