Office Manager – Learning Center Operations & Student Success

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and student-focused Office Manager to oversee daily learning center operations and help drive student success.

This role goes beyond administrative support—it requires someone who can coordinate center operations, monitor student progress toward learning goals, support instructional quality, and ensure an exceptional experience for students, families, and instructors.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Center Operations

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the learning center
  • Coordinate student schedules, enrollment, and attendance
  • Ensure smooth classroom transitions and instructional flow
  • Support staffing schedules and instructor coordination
  • Maintain operational procedures and administrative records

Student Success & Academic Support

  • Track student progress toward individualized learning goals
  • Monitor assignment completion, quiz performance, and milestone achievement
  • Partner with instructors to identify student support needs
  • Help ensure students are appropriately placed within learning groups
  • Support implementation of enrichment plans and summer schedules

Parent Communication & Experience

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for families
  • Communicate student updates, scheduling changes, and program recommendations
  • Build strong relationships with parents and provide exceptional customer service
  • Support parent meetings and academic progress discussions

Team Support & Leadership

  • Support instructors with classroom logistics and student readiness
  • Help maintain strong student-to-teacher ratios
  • Monitor classroom quality and student engagement
  • Assist with onboarding and training of center staff when needed

Growth & Community Engagement

  • Support local outreach and community events
  • Assist with student retention and re-enrollment initiatives
  • Promote a welcoming and positive learning environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Education, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related field)
  • 2+ years of operations, office management, education administration, customer success, or similar experience
  • Experience working with children, education, tutoring, or enrichment programs preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities independently
  • Comfortable with scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
