Student eCourse Developer

UC Irvine Human Resources is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Student Assistant to join the Talent Development team. This position offers an opportunity to gain experience and insight into designing, building, and implementing supervisor and employee training in the workplace.

The Student Assistant will support the development and implementation of asynchronous, self-paced training material on a wide range of topics including policies and processes, healthcare compliance and safety, and supervisor basics. The successful candidate will use various course authoring and design tools to layout content according to storyboards and training outlines, provided limited visual and graphics design support, enable various accessibility features, and perform quality assurance reviews on developed training.

This job requires completion of assigned tasks within communicated deadlines, strong multi-tasking and prioritization abilities, and experience with web development and/or digital publishing.
