The Henry Samueli School of Engineering computing support team is seeking a motivated undergraduate student. This position requires someone who can conduct themselves as a professional with proper business etiquette in an office setting.  Under general supervision of the Staff Support, the student will assist in providing technical support to the staff.

Duties include:
• Setup technology
• Help create and maintain automation processes
• Troubleshooting technology issues
• Responding to support tickets
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Work qualifications:

*Working knowledge of Operating Systems: macOS, Windows 

*Working knowledge of computer and network troubleshooting

*Working knowledge of computer graphics and computer programming

*Working owledge of web technology such as cloud storage and services
*Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision

*Initiative and self-motivation, able to work autonomously while updating supervisor regularly

*Able to handle multiple tasks

*Attention to detail

*Provide excellent customer service

*Willingness to learn
