Clinical Support Clerk

The UCI Law Criminal Justice and Immigrant & Racial Justice Solidarity Clinics are looking for a Clinical Support Clerk for the summer of 2025 as well as the 25-26 academic year. The Clinical Support Clerk will work under the close supervision of clinic professors Annie Lai and Katie Tinto to help follow-up with individuals who contact the clinics, and to pull case records and file motions at various courts in Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Successful candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish, and have their own transportation.

The Clinical Support Clerk must be able to work independently, exercise good judgment, produce accurate work, maintain confidentiality, and communicate appropriately with a wide range of constituents. Additional qualifications include:

•         Bilingual in English and Spanish required

•         Mush have reliable transportation to drive to courts in Los Angeles and Orange Counties

•         Self-starter with strong attention to detail and organizational skills

•         Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

•         Prior work experience in an office setting or in a customer service capacity

•         Commitment to customer service

•         Ability to communicate effectively with supervisor to see tasks to completion

•         Willingness to change directions and projects as needed
