“What I really enjoyed Amplifon was the company culture- everyone was so nice and the Human Resources team that I worked with was very inviting and open to mentoring me in the different areas surrounding HR. They also had a very structured internship program, where I was able to rotate through different HR functions and work with that team, completing projects related to their areas. This helped me decide what area of HR I would like to begin my career in and allowed me to build relationships with the whole team. Amplifon also had lots of fun activities scheduled for us such as a segway tour, scavenger hunt, Miracle Ear clinic visit, and monthly intern lunches. Overall, the internship was very structured, but very fun! I built great relationships at Amplifon and I am proud to say I am now permanently employed with the company as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. ”
